There are throw blankets to cuddle up in and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with blender, mixer, pots, pans, silverware, coffee and tea pots, Ninja Foodi, crock pot, air fryer and all sorts of baking dishware, dishtowels, hot pads, cleaning supplies and dishwasher detergent. Brand new Pella windows through out the home block both sound and the exterior temperatures. The brand new maple floors upstairs. No pets are allowed anywhere on the property and there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. No fires outside (there are wood chips and leaves left for the native habitat) No subletting this property to anyone. All people staying here must be on the lease. No illegal activities at any time.
