Clean and Quiet home on a private street-no thru traffic. 2 full bathrooms. Recently remodeled-new paint and hard wood floors, full house air conditioning, wireless internet, 55 inch flat screen TV, treadmill, bathroom Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, storage, free washer/dryer, deck with beautiful view, grill, swinging pallet bed under deck, and large yard. The room is fully furnished. Plenty of free parking available on the street. The house is a few minutes from Pitt, CMU, Chatham, & Hospitals. Shopping is 5 minutes by bus or car to Waterworks mall/shopping area. 71B and 75 are PAT Transit buses to Oakland/downtown with a stop less than 5 min walk from the home. Students ride for free. Rent is $750 per month which includes lease stipulated utilities. Lease term is negotiable. The room is available for move in any time after January 9, 2026.
