This apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment newly renovated with designer upgrades. The house was renovated in 2017 with new windows, doors, flooring, electrical, furnace kitchen cabinets, countertops and bathroom finishes. The apartment has a large deck off the back of the kitchen with a fire pit and small grass area, the basement is off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer and more storage. The property is conveniently located off of route 28, 279 and 376 for easy commute. It is right over the 16th street bridge and walkable to the strip district , north shore and the riverwalk. There is an amazing skyline from the front of the home and readily available free on street parking out front. The tenant pays for their electric, gas and wifi and half of the water. The home is split into a duplex but the upstairs unit is not being occupied and utilities have been turned off for this unit. The tenant occupying the first floor pays for their utilities. The water is something not capable to transfer and this fee is $50 a month and added to the rent fee per month. The tenant will pay first months, last months and security deposit with a signed 1 year lease. The rent will be due at the 1st of every month with a 5 day grace period. A late fee will be charged of $50 after 5 days. Pets are allowed on premise but limited to one cat or one small dog and a pet fee of $30 per month will be charged for every animal. Proper care for animals and waste will need to occur to continue having the animal on the premise. Any show of lack of care that creates a health and hygiene issue in the home will be asked to get rid of the animal or break of lease and asked to leave. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and yard maintenance. Washer and dryers are provided but if they break it is on the tenant to pay for appliance repair to fix them, no washer and dryer will be provided if they are broken by the tenant. Tenant will have to provide their own going further. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vape, weed) within the home, only permitted outside with all doors and windows shut. Incense are not permitted in the home due to insurance reasons for a fire hazard.
