The house is a fully furnished double wide mobile home located on 2.6 acres of land surrounded by forest. Quiet and secluded, but only 15 minutes from downtown Sequim. There are forested areas to the south and east between neighbor's property, and Dept of Natural Resources forest land to the North and West. The Olympic Discovery Trail is accessible directly from the driveway, along with nice hiking trails up through the forest. It is common to see deer and other wildlife. The house is currently listed as an AirBnB, but we are assessing the interest in renting on a 6 month or 1 year contract. There is a detached garage on the property, but this is not included in the rental and the tenant will not have access to the garage. Currently one bedroom is used as an office and does not have a bed. We are open to using the the second bedroom or office as storage and rent the house as unfurnished for the same price. The house is currently listed as an AirBnB, so there is not currently a lease to describe.
