Go through the kitchen to a deck or downstairs to the large unfinished basement for laundry and an enclosed half bathroom. Upstairs there is the full bathroom and two large bedrooms with a small nursery/office room. Renter is responsible for utilities: gas and electric through Duke Energy and sewer and water through Norther Kentucky Water District and SD1. Renter is responsible for maintaining the house if it costs less than $100 to do so, e.g. changing HVAC filter and light bulbs. Pets are allowed with written permission and preauthorization. Cats are $25 in pet rent per month. Dogs are done by weight and the rate is $25 per 20lbs per month. I also require to meet all dogs.
