Room Available in Our Dreamy Belmont Home! Hello! We're D and SR, two friendly women in our 30s looking for a new housemate to join our awesome home in beautiful Belmont, CA. Our current third M, is moving on after two amazing years; so it's your turn to make this cozy space your own! (If you're looking for a shorter term stay, we have another room that might be available Feb-May. Hit us up!) The House Our home is a 3BR, 1BA, 2400 sq ft gem sitting on acre of sunny Belmont land, with plenty of driveway space for parking, and a big private yard. Commuting 30min south of SF & 10min from San Mateo & 20min from Mountain View 5 min drive or 20 min walk to Caltrain. On multiple bus lines. Inside, you'll find: A huge living room with a working fireplace A beautiful kitchen with gas stove + dishwasher A separate dining room (plus a breakfast nook off the kitchen) A large patio & backyard perfect for soaking up our 300 days of sunshine A downstairs yoga gym Full laundry room with brand-new washer & dryer TV setup with Netflix, Prime, HBO, and more The Room The available bedroom is large (12' x 12') big enough for a king or queen bed, desk, and more. It has a spacious closet, a ceiling fan, large windows, and a built in reading nook with additional storage. Our shared bathroom is extra roomy, featuring both a tub and a walk-in shower. (Furniture in the photos can stay or go totally up to you!) About Us SR is a Montessori teacher and D is an ex-techie heading back to grad school. We're social but chill, love cooking, traveling, watching Packers games , karaoke nights, board games, reading, and spontaneous adventures. We're hoping to find a friendly, community-minded roommate (preferably a woman) who enjoys a clean space, hanging out, cooking together, and keeping a positive home vibe. Oh and we share the house with three sweet, non-intrusive cats . Details Rent: $1850/month (includes everything rent, utilities, and Wi-Fi!)
