Two major remodels, the first added a second story fourth bedroom above the two downstairs bedrooms in 1990 and an office/hallway/indoor laundry downstairs off the kitchen. The second was a full remodel of the kitchen and great room with custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, hardwood floors and dual pane windows throughout. Full remodels were completed in 2010/2011 for both bathrooms that include granite surfaces and a walk in shower in the master. A full landscape redesign in 2013 included a full replacement of concrete surfaces with pavers, perimeter LED lighting and turf (in the front). Installed new roof, gutters and downspouts, replaced front door and painted entire exterior of house in June/July 2017. Installed a solar electrical system (paid in full) in July 2021. Also replaced a 50 gallon hot water heater with a tankless system the same month. Replaced original heater and added new AC unit in July 2022.
