A credit and background check will be run and a 1 year lease is required. Maximum property occupancy is 5. Tenant is responsible for utilities - Gas, Internet, sanitation, water, and power. Fully and freshly renovated, all new floors, paint, appliances, smart thermostat, and doorbell. Central heat/air, large backyard space, two car garage with workbench, laundry station and washer/dryer hookups. All new insulation and whole house fan to keep heating and cooling costs down! Somerset Middle school, Modesto Covenant Church, and Revard Manor Park are walking distance. This is a great space for a WFH/Bay Area commuting family. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly! We do not allow smoking on the premises or pets. We have put a lot of time, love, and effort into remodeling it ourselves and we are hoping to find people who will appreciate the space we've put together.
