I will send you the City's bi-monthly water bill and PG&E electric and gas so you can pay those charges to me as I pay those bills online. House has solar panels which we lease at $100 a month paid by us. You don't have to pay that. But it helps with your electricity cost so your bill will be lower than those renters without a solar panels. We will also pay the City's garbage and sewage fees and gardener who comes twice a month to clean up the front and backyard for you. You get your own cable/Internet service. One year lease. Deposit and 1st month's rent due at signing. If breaking the lease, you will lose the deposit unless you find suitable renters to take over with Owner's approval.
