With two levels, two kitchens, and multiple living spaces, everyone can spread out and relax after a long day on the slopes. The house comfortably sleeps 16 and offers plenty of privacy. The hot tub is perfect for soothing sore muscles, and the location in Kings Beach provides quick and easy access to Northstar (about 10 minutes away) and Palisades (about 20 minutes away). The house is also conveniently located near Highway 267. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the casinos and restaurants in North Shore Lake Tahoe. After an exhilarating day on the slopes, indulge in the vibrant nightlife and culinary delights that the area has to offer. Enjoy your ski season in this great house! Ski leases run from December 1 to April 30th. US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. 5-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent and reimbursing internet/WiFi, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, and hot tub service if applicable. Those services go into the renter's name for term of lease. Please note, that professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
