Enjoy private, keyless entry and a personal deck where you can relax, birdwatch, fish, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. While the tiny house is located next to our home and shares a fenced-in backyard, your deck and living space are entirely private. You'll also have access to fruit trees in the front yard and garden help yourself! If you love gardening, there's plenty of room to plant and play. Inside, the space is cozy and modern, featuring: A combined bedroom and kitchenette A full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience Please refer to the photos for a detailed view of the space and amenities. Other Things to Note This home is ideal for one adult. While we have small children and enjoy their presence, we respect your privacy and space. A designated parking space in the driveway is included. If you need bike storage this can also be included. Utilities are $250 per month this includes: heat, AC, water, sewer, electrical, trash, recycle and internet. Extra perks also included at no cost to you: are a bi-monthly gardener who gets up the leaves, etc and Aptive who comes quarterly for pest control and maintenance. We are flexible with lease terms: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. We like long term tenants and want to to be happy and enjoy your space. Must have proof of income, reference, good credit.
