The primary has a California King bed, french doors that look out onto the water, and luxurious en suite bathroom with a three head custom shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a walk in shower (sorry no tubs). All the bedrooms have Purple mattresses, linens and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with large flat screen Smart TVs. Downstairs has its own half bathroom. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area that opens up to the large deck where an other dining table and chat style lounge seating with a fire pit table and a BBQ grill. Perfect for watching the sunset. The living area has games to play and an 80 inch TV with surround sound. We are in quiet area of deep water that is perfect for swimming, fishing and paddle boarding. You're welcome to use our kayak and two paddle boards. Discovery Bay is a hidden gem on the California Delta. It is a boater's, water skier's, wake boarder's and fisherman's paradise. If you are not a water lover, we have nearby golf, pickleball, parks, fruit picking and wineries. A 30 minute drive to University of the Pacific. An hour drive to San Francisco, Napa or Sacramento.
