Mid 30's professional female that is looking for a female roommate who is responsible and neat. I am a positive, upbeat person who is pretty social, but also loves to stay in and have a glass of wine and watch shows or read. Some of my favorite shows are New Girl, Bridgerton, Brooklyn Nine-nine, and Schitts Creek. I have lived in the area for over 10 years, and have always lived with roommates, so I am used to sharing space. I have a hybrid work schedule but I work from home most of the week. There is a large, 7 year old, labroodle that lives in the house. He is very sweet and loves to cuddle. He is fully house trained and does not chew. He has received professional training, so he is very well mannered. The room and bathroom is located on the second floor. The room is spacious with a large closet and gets a lot of natural light. It is furnished with a queen bed, tall dresser, TV, Roku, blackout curtains, and a ceiling fan. Across the hall is a private bathroom. The townhouse is at the back of a quiet, safe neighborhood with an outdoor patio. There is ample parking, and it's right off I-395. Shirlington Town Center is 1.4 miles, short distance to Old Town and Del Ray. There are multiple grocery stores and shops within walking distance at Bradlee Shopping Center and other grocery stores a short drive away. The kitchen and living room are on the main floor and the laundry is located in the basement - 6- 12 month lease - Parking lot parking available - Renters insurance required - Dogs will be considered, but must be fully house trained, fully vaccinated and on flea and tick prevention medication through out lease term - No Smoking or drugs - No Cats
