Could be used as in-law suite or for live in help. Parking is off street and there is room for two cars.Perfect hopping off place for mountain biking and hiking on the endless trails of Mt Tam. Large flat yard with lawns above and below the home. Ideal for kids. House is off the street up a private lane. Small dogs and/or cats considered on a case by case basis. Utilities including gas, electric, and trash pickup are not included. We will pass along the bills on a monthly basis. TV/internet to be arranged by tenants. Water included. This is a no-smoking property. We prefer a one year lease, but shorter term rentals will be considered. Cleaning services are not provided. The Lodge is available from early August 2022. The current tenants had a one year lease which they extended for an additional 4 months while their own home was being remodeled.
