There is a 2 car garage plus room for 3 cars across on the parking pad. The driveway is shared with the Nextdoor neighbors who are awesome. We are renting unfurnished. 12 month minimum. 2 months rent security deposit. $12,000/month. Includes utilities (electricity, water, wifi) and garbage. Pets allowed subject to review and approval. Renters insurance is required. Any garbage violations outside of standard service (eg leaving trash outside the bin in the curb), you will be billed separately by landlord. Failure to pay will be a lease violation and could result in eviction. You must respect the driveway easement and not block the neighbors portion of the driveway. When needing full unencumbered driveway access, it will require communication with neighbors (who are awesome). Failure to respect the shared driveway is a lease violation and could result in an eviction.
