Furnace and water heater are less than 5 years old. The A/C has a new motor with a lifetime warranty and works great. Nest thermostat. Gas burning fireplace in living room. Vaulted ceilings (15-20ft at peak) in living spaces. The house isn't huge, but is really comfortable with GREAT neighbors. Our little 10 home neighborhood represents almost every facet of America, from African American to Asian American, to LGBT to Latinos, to European ancestry. It's amazing how well we all get along. The main bedroom is a good size 16ft x 12ft. with en-suite. The remaining 2 bedrooms are smaller, but functional and share the 2nd bathroom. We redid the main electric panel and added a sub panel in the garage, which houses the A/C, electric car charging plugs and has extra spaces if needed. We also installed a transfer switch to which one could connect a powerbank like a gas generator or battery bank in case of a power outage. If interested in RV'ing, again, the house has a 50amp plug and access to the sewer line for tank cleaning. Seriously, never pay to use a dump site again. You can actually charge others!
