Taylor Park). It is a large one bedroom home (869 square feet) with an additional sleeping loft that has two twin beds. This home can come furnished or empty or somewhere in between. The kitchen has high end, stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, disposal, microwave), 5 burner gas stove, Caesar stone counter tops and new cabinets. The floors in the house are tile pavers and there's carpet in the bedroom. The many windows are double pane and with the additional skylights, make the home quite bright and cheery. A propane fireplace heats the main part of the house and there is an electric heater in the bedroom. A stacking washer and dryer are in a closet off the kitchen. The remodeled bathroom comes with a shower. There are wraparound decks for extra outdoor living space. The large, fenced yard is landscaped with a propane fire pit on a separate deck and there's a hot tub available, with some conditions. There is parking for three cars in front. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and propane. We will consider a cat or small dog with good references and an extra deposit. Rent is $2500 per month, and security deposit is $3750 (unfurnished and no pets). The deposit will increase if there are pets or if you want it furnished.
