HOA takes care of front yard. We live elsewhere in the summer and are looking to ideally rent to one family for the entire summer. This is a house we live in the other 9 months of the year so there will be full kitchen supplies, some photos of my family around the house, etc. This is not a home just used for Airbnb rentals. We will move our clothing and bathroom stuff out of the house so closets and bathroom drawers will be all yours. $3,500 per month and you also have to pay PG&E and water bills. I will pay garbage and internet and HOA dues. Renter pays water and PG&E. Owner pays garbage, internet and HOA dues. Small pets allowed. No smoking. Available for 3 month summer rental - June, July and August.
