For 3 months, May 1 to Aug. 1, 2016 our completely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the heart of Silicon Valley will be available for you to rent. All you need to bring is your suitcase. If you need a home while remodeling yours, if you are locating to this area and need time to look for a home, or if you have a temporary job assignment here and would like to bring your family along for the summer time, our place would be ideal for you. We are located in a quiet west San Jose neighborhood with easy access to highways 85 and 280; also Lawrence and San Tomas Expressways and near shopping in Westfield Valley Fair Mall, Santana Row and smaller local stores. In the private back yard you will find an in-ground swimming pool, patio furniture, barbecue and shower, and in the front and side of the house a low maintenance garden. It is within walking distance of post office, shopping, library, park and 2 bus stops. The home has 1800 sq. ft of living space. The living room includes an organ and piano. There is a family room which has a fireplace. One of the bedrooms is used as an office and contains a sofa bed which sleeps two. There is also office space in the dining area. In the oak kitchen you will find a 4 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. There is fast speed WiFi internet access, and 2 HD TVs with cable, stereo DVD and CD players. Costs for you would be rent of $3850 per month plus a refundable security deposit. We will pay AT&T for TV (but not for any movies you might rent :-), WiFi and telephone service. We will also pay for garbage collection and the weekly service for pool upkeep. The tenant will be responsible for gas and electric to PG&E, approximately $165 per month, and water, approximately $65. A one time exiting housekeeping fee of $175. We will do the same. Owner pays for AT&T (WiFi, TV, phone), garbage, pool upkeep. Renter pays for PG&E and water.
