This unit is perfect for the live in handyman, it's a 1 bedroom, one bath small unit with attached portico area for outside grilling, etc. I require a tenant to live here that can handle small duties like, cleaning the building, inside and out on a weekly basis and covering any minor issues such as light plumbing duties, electrical duties and potential turning of units if able. I am open to interviewing all candidates. Duties will include but not limited to: Shoveling snow, cleaning common areas outside and inside, making sure garbage is in dumpster, assisting in key issues in the building, be available to assist other tenants in their units for lockouts, plumbing, electrical or any other issues they have and be able to communicate with me to resolve these issues through my software. Contractor experience a HUGE plus, much work needs to be done here and could be the perfect fit for the right person. 1 year lease required. Tenant pays electric, internet, cooking gas. Owner pays heat, water, garbage, and sewer. Tenant, per description, is required to perform duties as caretaker. Priority and honest wage are given to tenant with previous handy(wo)man experience, including, but not limited to plumbing and electrical.
