Less than one mile from the property are several parks, the Willamette River, and various outdoor recreational areas. The interior of the unit features vinyl covered floors throughout the unit. All units are separately metered for electricity, and each apartment has electric heat, appliances and hot water heaters. There is off street parking for two vehicles per unit. There will be a $25. per month pet rent fee per pet. The lessee is responsible for Wi-Fi and electric for their respective unit. Only two cars per unit is allowed in the off street parking area. Smoking is permitted on outside patio area.
