If you fail to sign the lease, after good faith negotiations, then you will forfeit the holding deposit. *Move-in requires 1st month's rent plus a security deposit of up to $3500.00 *Lease Term & Rent Payment - The initial lease term is 12 months, thereafter it CAN revert to a month-to-month agreement - OR - tenant can sign a new lease.
