It is time to move on from my biggest project to date, the place I have called home for nearly the last two years. In the time that I have owned this place I have made a lot of repairs & done a lot outside as well. This started off originally as a 10x48 single wide Mobile home, prior to me purchasing it, it had a 12x30 addition added on. It was a 1 bedroom when I got it. The house now has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom. House is right around 1,100 sqft now, over twice its original size. I’ll list everything I’ve done below with rough dates. Lot rent is $575 a month. Includes water & trash. Peaceful calm little community out here. Will have to fill out application before purchase. Electric is around $225 a month on average. Fridge & propane stove are less than three years old. Heat is propane & I used two large window units in summer.
