References are required and rental is limited to single or double occupancy. Utilities included - water, electricity, trash, cable (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showtime, HBO, Epix), WiFi, and yard care. Owners live on attached property, but apartment is very private. Pets are, unfortunately, not allowed at this time.
