Wonderful home, where I raised my son for the last seven years. Great sun lighting comes through the many large windows and allows for fantastic natural heating year-round. The openness of the house design allows for great natural wind cooling as well which saved us on utility payments immensely. The deck in the back which was just redesigned is a great lounging spot for enjoying the yard and the shading from the many trees and greenery, allows for very comfortable lounging. The front yard is also spacious enough to allow for walking room, and the fact that it is gated allows for extra peace of mind, not that its necessary because the neighbors are great. Perfect spot for raising a family. There are multiple parks nearby and easy access to public transportation as the home is located right by the main roads into town. As well as many nice parks within a few blocks. The entire neighborhood is very scenic.
