Flexible Lease Durations & Pricing: Standard Rate: Best value is based on a 12-month lease. Short-Term / Semester Options: We offer flexible 3-6 month leases (perfect for Cal Poly/Mt. SAC quarters or travel nurses), available at a premium monthly rate. Utilities & Amenities: All-Inclusive: Rent includes High-Speed Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, and Trash. Usage Policy: While standard utilities are included, we reserve the right to charge a monthly fee for high-consumption personal devices (e.g., dedicated server computers, portable AC units, or Electric Vehicle charging).
