Enjoy 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, (one of each on main floor and one of each on second floor). Upper bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, and lower bedroom is furnished with a Full-size trundle daybed, which will sleep two people. This single family home comes fully furnished with paid internet, water, electricity and garbage services. Fenced back yard with private, dedicated parking in back. Very easy walk to the middle of town where you'll find services, coffee shops, home-town diners, and shopping, the public library and more! 5 miles to US Customs & Border Control training center. Short drive to the Charles Town races and Hollywood Casino. Short 5 minute walk to a grocery store. All the convenience and comfort needed as you seek your perfect temporary home away from home! Rental is currently occupied, Please do not knock on door or peek in to the windows. This is a mid-term furnished rental; lease will be extended from 30 days up to one year based on availablity. Owner pays for water, garbage disposal, elcectricity and Internet (all included in monthly rent) All tenants are subject to screening, including background check and credit score check. Two landlord references required Pets considerd on a case by case basis Deposit must be received within 48 hours of of receipt of lease by prospective tenant for signature. Landlord reserves the right to move to an alternate applicant if deposit is not received within those 48 hours. Tenant will have access to the property (according to terms of lease) once first month's rent is received. If first months rent is not received by the lease commencement date, applicant shall forfeit security deposit.
