This Salmon Creek neighborhood is off the beaten path, and backs to green space. Our neighborhood streets are quiet and safe, and a morning walk before going to work is a beautiful experience! Zillow has added "water view" on our listing - no idea why. Please disregard that. Even though we are shielded from outside traffic, Skyview highschool is only .5 mile from the front door, and I-5 and I-205 are an easy 5 minute drive. Both bedrooms are 10X16 or larger, and the larger bed and bath has a walk in closet. 3 feet of concrete separate the two sides of the duplex - you will never hear your neighbor. We are very strict about that. This is not a suitable neighborhood for pets that are accustomed to being outside. This neighborhood allows only two cars parked on the street at the home. Please do not assume that no one will notice if you have three. The neighbors will complain. There is a two car garage, but we found that our tenants used it for storage, recreational equipment, ping pong table, etc.... So we want to be transparent about street parking rules. The neighborhood has quiet hours - 10:00pm to 8:00am. This is not a good location for parties, loud music outside, or loud cars and motorcycles. Most of our residents are 55 plus, and they will notice and report loud activity. We conduct quarterly inspections of our rentals. We have found that it has led to very good relationships with our tenants, because we are proactive about fixing everything. If you are not comfortable with your landlord inspecting your home quarterly, please do not apply. These rules have ensured that all of our residents enjoy a very nice place to live. They are not difficult to live by if they match your lifestyle. They are very oppressing if they do not match your life style. So please, do not apply here if these rules are unacceptable to you.
