Sale price $3,000 (not negotiable). Zillow won't allow me to post the price this low but it is only $3000. I need to sell this house and be done with it. The total sale price will be to cover the payoff of an ADT contract, service in effect until July 2017 and the back taxes will be paid. There was damage to the siding due to vandals and a fire destroyed the garage. There is replacement siding inside the home that was used to begin the repair process. I will be in town 02/25-02/27 if you want to set up a meeting. The only additional costs for the sale are notary and deed processing fees, paid by buyer and processed by buyer. I will provide receipts of payoff of taxes and transfer of ADT services as part of the transaction. As an alternative, you pay the back taxes and assume the ADT fee and pay me $250 cash. The home needs between $5,000 and $10,000 worth of repair and upgrades, but would be a good home with the work put into it.
