I have 3 rooms available for rent starting at the beginning of 2026. 2 rooms are roughly 13ft by 10ft and the last one is roughly 11ft by 9ft. I am looking for 2-3 renters among those 3 rooms. There is a very large living room area about 700 sq ft with an entertainment center with a fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with a dining room that fits 8 at a table as well as an island that fits 2 more. It also comes with a bar with plug access for a drink fridge. The garage is a 3.5 car and is about 1,000 sq ft with an industrial heater. The backyard is also large with a covered patio and a TV that is available to use. The basement comes with many storage shelves and a laundry room with washer and dryer. This property is spacious with much room for privacy and everything you could need for comfortable living! Let me know if you are interested or have any questions. I am looking for 2-3 renters for my home, anywhere from 3-12 months, I am willing to be flexible to make whatever timeframe work for you. I will rarely ever be at the property, and if anything goes wrong with the property, feel free to call me at anytime if repairs are needed. I am very easy going and willing to work with you. There is a large back yard with a covered patio and a TV that you are free to use. If furniture is needed I can leave it partially furnished for you, just let me know. All utilities besides internet will be taken care of. There is a long driveway that can accommodate as much parking as you would need. I am fine with smoking as long as it is done outside.
