The front porch, which has 3 french doors opening up to to it, was completely remodeled with 3 huge new energy efficient windows, new insulation, new drywall, and a new recessed dimmable lighting. This rennovation has caused the heating bill to drop over 30 percent!!! The original wood flooring was stripped and refinished in the living room, dining room and den. The kitchen was completely remodeled and updated to accomodate the garbage disposal which didn't exist before. New stove, new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new counters, new sink, and new cabinets, and new tile flooring. The bathroom was extended to allow more sink space and more storage space. Plumming throughout the house was updated to replace the galvanized pipe with copper. New 22x22 garage as of June 2013. The width of the lot is incorrectly stated at 50 feet when it is actually 65 feet. Two 30 foot lots and 5 feet of a third lot.
