Very close to I-75 as well as downtown Ferndale - quick accessibility to the entire Metro Area. Your private bedroom has a bed, closet, and comfy chaise sofa, though I can remove the furniture if you prefer to use your own. There is also an office room which can be used if it is open. The house is fully furnished, with a large comfy couch and tv in the living room. It has a beautiful and bright kitchen. Has A/C, heat, dishwasher, on-site laundry (free), fridge, stove, water heater, fast wifi, and a wifi thermostat. There is a small yard with a fence and some area for gardening. I will handle shoveling and yard maintenance. You'll be sharing the house with me (the owner) and we will each have private rooms with locks. Generally I am looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and respectful. - 6 month lease, then month-to-month after that. - First month plus deposit (1 month) due at signing. Prorated if moving in in the middle of the month - Dogs are allowed but must be well-cared for and cleanly (no cats, as I have two of my own). - Applicants must fill out an application to determine if it is a good personality/habits fit. - Tenant is responsible for 1/2 of utilities (gas, electric, water, wifi) - No smoking indoors - Parking is available on the street or in the driveway - Homeowner will handle all lawn care and snow removal at no cost to the tenant - Tenant is expected to maintain cleanly common areas - Credit score of 670+ is required - Proof of income required - income 3x the monthly rent amount is required.
