Location: On the same street as Abbot Elementary, the neighborhood is full of young families. Lined with mature sycamores and plenty of sidewalk, walking in the immediate area is a pleasure, and there are plenty of good food, coffee and retail options, as well as Veteran's Park and the bus line, within reach by foot. The driving location cannot be beat -- you are eight minutes from Kerrytown, three minutes from the M14 onramp, five minutes from I-94, thirty minutes from DTW and forty to fifty from Midtown Detroit. Layout: This is an extremely well-laid out interior for comfortable living: A full bathroom on each floor, with two bedrooms upstairs, two off a separate hallway on the main floor, and one in the comfortable carpeted basement. This is perfect for big families or groups who enjoy the comfort of a shared living space but need the comfort that they can always escape into a quiet bedroom.
