Greeting! We are 2 single moms with two boys (11 & 12 years old) living in a 2 unit house. We have 2 bedrooms available. We are open to multiple scenarios of housemates. Hoping for another single parent with a kid around the same age as our boys to join our home. Two bedrooms for $1,500, utilities included. Or could just be one single adult that takes both rooms for $1,500. We are also open to 2 adults taking the 2 rooms but would need to add utility cost to the rooms so they would be $800 for the smaller room and $900 for the large room. The house is a Victorian in West Oakland - great neighborhood, across from Marston Campbell Park on the border of West Oakland & Downtown. Backyard, in-house laundry, plenty of street parking and public transit nearby. You would be sharing the upstairs unit with one single mom who has her son half time.
