The house, located in the desirable Crocker Highlands neighborhood, has been recently updated with brand new carpet in the 3 bedrooms ( Bedroom 1: with queen adjustable bed, Bedroom 2: Double/Full bed and twin fold out mattress, Bedroom 3: Twin bed and office space) as well as newly installed mini-split air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms. The multipurpose bonus room in the finished basement is a perfect place to relax and watch a movie or play board games, and comfortably serves as a fourth bedroom with a foldout double mattress, closet and dresser. There are hardwood floors throughout the living and dining room areas. The complete home will be rented fully furnished, (including quality linens, towels, and kitchen linens) but with all personal items removed so you can make it yours.
