Brand new construction with latest technology and sound proof walls. All I ask for are basic critical behaviors & transparency that are important to a healthy home environment for everyone. I have attached random photos of the house (different seasons obviously) but you get the idea. 1) Pay rent on time without me asking 2) clean any messes you make in common areas (life is messy so I don't expect perfection) 3) Be respectful/mindful enough to not keep everyone up at night. No one is perfect and sometimes we forget to be quiet, but within reason. 4) No drugs or smoking. I have a teenage son in the home. 5) You get enough space in fridge as you only share it with one or two people max 6) No overnight guests but exceptions can be made a few times for the right person 7) Light cooking ok 8) Available Furnished as well as non furnished I am a 36 year old professional. I am responsible yet easy going & try not to take life too seriously, glass half full type of personality.
