This is part of a single family house. duplex style, Limited backyard but with big sideyard curb side parking. self manage to park in the back is ok. the only double wall shared by both units is the living room of oneside and the living room and kitchen of the other side. outlet for ev charging in the back available. ( currently using garden bricks to get on the curb side.) all electric appliances( AC, heater , washer, dryer, stove) except gas water heater. street noise and sometimes train driver warning honk noise expected. available after 2/22. this is a duplex style of single family house.
