Move-in date: Jan 1, 2026 Monthly rent of $1100 includes room rent of $975+ $125 utilities (includes wifi, cable, security, PG&E, water, garbage, basic supplies for laundry, kitchen and bathroom) Neighborhood: Fremont residential (close to Fremont hub and public transportation) The room gets a good amount of sunshine, has hardwood floors and is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk and armoire. You have access to the entire house, and there is ample street parking. Light cooking allowed, in-home laundry, A/C and central heat, and a beautiful backyard with a deck. The house is about a 5 minute commute to Bart via car, and there is a bus close to the house that gets to to Bart in ten minutes. The house is centrally located and a 5 minute walk to the fremont hub, a plaza with numerous grocery and merchandise stores. Other housemates: There are three other professional women and three shared bathrooms. We like a communal environment and are respectful and clean.
