Noise has not been an issue. Since our daycare is on site, renters must complete a background check and TB test prior to moving in. We will cover the cost of testing should your application be accepted. The rental is NOT furnished, but can be for a fee. Owner pays for all utilities. High speed Fidium internet included. If you have a different preferred internet provider you are welcome to use them but at your own cost. Renter to pay first month's rent and security deposit upon signing lease. $150 cleaning fee non-refundable from deposit. 6 month into month to month lease. Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind.
