Hi. I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom house. The room is 10 X 10 with a medium closet. I can give you a little storage in the hall closets but if you have a ton of stuff this may not be the place for you. The house is a block from the American River trail. You would live with myself, a 35 year old male restaurant worker who works mainly evenings, and a woman who works 8-4 Monday to Friday. I would prefer to rent to someone who also works a M-F 9-5 type schedule. She and I are both light smokers, weed or cigarettes ok outside, but not really drinkers. Light drinking is ok though. We are both quite friendly but keep mainly to ourselves. A quiet and peaceful home is very important. We don't have a lot of guests overs again as we are striving for a quiet home. The home has a washer and dryer, internet, dishwasher, gas stove, AC, a backyard, typical house stuff. Your bathroom will be shared with the other renter. She is very clean. No pets and would prefer no pets on the property. Asking $700/month, $700 deposit, and a third of utilities. I would like to talk on the phone before inviting you over to make sure we are a good fit.
