There are fruit trees in the backyard (lemon, lime, cherry, plum and peach). Front lawn has grassless stones for minimal maintenance. 1yr lease: $2,500/month. If tenant opt for 2yr lease, $2,450/month (I will favor 2yr over 1yr). Tenants will pay all utilities: garbage, water, sewage, electricity and gas.
