Sub-level Bedroom 1: - Electrical - Light switch and ceiling light disconnected (were causing short of dishwasher). That line is now dedicated to dish washer which has run without issue since 2017 (never worked before). So, this room needs to patch into another line or have a line run. This is circuit breaker room, so would be a short run. - Ceiling exposed for ease of electrical work. Would need finishing. Sub-level Bedroom 2: - May be some mold near floor in closet Sub-level Water issues: - Appears a foundation leak has started near the front basement window with the heavy rains in 2019. - Water can come in through basement entry if drain not kept clear Plumbing/Gas issues (likely before Laclede/Spire would turn on): Sub-level Laundry/Utility room: - Door/floor/base of wall exposed to gray water. 04/2015.
