Each applicant must be at least 18 yrs. old. If married, both parties are required to fill out a separate APPLICATION TO RENT. Co-signers are not accepted. During the application process each applicant is required to provide the following: a) A separate signed and fully completed APPLICATION TO RENT. b) A valid driver's license or DMV-issued photo I.D. c) Verification of legal income in the form of a written confirmation of employment, bank records, check stubs, or other verifiable proofs of gross monthly income. Your application may be denied for any of the following reasons: 1) Failure to meet the Tenant Screening Criteria. 2) Unfavorable/negative previous rental references, prior eviction filings or judgements. 3) Past Landlords that are limited to family members. 4) An incomplete or unsigned APPLICATION TO RENT, unverifiable or false information. 5) A credit report designation of Insufficient Credit. 6) Unpaid collections or any debts which are more than 60 days past due. 7) Threatening or abusive behavior or language during the rental application process.
