As of 3/15/23 per our prior agreement for the renters to maintain the yard would be given a deal on the rent at the time, the yard will now be maintained by a landscape service instead. The Tennant will also be paying $60 in addition to monthly rent for monthly front yard landscape maintenance(paid to Property Management) The tenants must still keep up the back yard, and front yard watering. Mowing the back yard and keeping the backyard tidy and weed free. Please notify me if the irrigation system need adjusting or help is needed with pruning of shrubs and trees. The tennant's will be required to maintain the life of the plants front and back.
