The full sized basement houses a washer and dryer with plenty of room for storage or play. The front porch covers the entire length of the house, giving ample room for evening gatherings. The fenced in backyard appeals to parents who want a safe play area for young children. There is also a deck for sitting or setting up your barbeque pit. Tenants must have an occupancy permit prior to moving date. Only those listed on the one year lease and permit are allowed to live on the premises. No more than 6 occupants are allowed. Tenants are responsible for all utilities including the water bill. Tenants are also responsible for lawn maintenance, snow removal and to keep the property free of debris, or unwanted items.
