I am a 5th year PhD student living with my girlfriend in a house in University city, under 2 miles from Danforth campus. Our room is on the top floor, and there are two rooms on the bottom floor. We only rent one and keep the other as a guest room/office, so you will have your own bathroom. The kitchen (including a dish washer), bathroom, living room, and dining room are all fully furnished. The backyard and basement (unfinished) are available for use as long as you are respectful of our neighbors. The washing machine and dryer work well. The molding in the shower has been re-finished. We have a total of four cats. There are two that you would interact with on the ground level (kitchen, living room, etc.), and they are super friendly - they have been fine with dogs living here in the past, but we would need to check and make sure. The posted rent includes all utilities/fees. - Looking for 6 month lease, with the possibility of extension - No smoking cigarettes/tobacco indoors. - The security deposit is 1 month's rent - Pets are case-dependent, please contact for more information
