First of all...House wont be available until April 1 2021. Middle of March at the earliest. Im moving to North Carolina and looking to rent my house out. Im still finishing up some painting and some finishing touches throughout. With all that being said im finally in a place to show the house this weekend if you can keep an open mind that im finishing up some projects.....Nice split level ranch just minutes from Manchester and 141. Full bathroom, storage closet, laundry room, as well as 2 other rooms are down stairs. One of the rooms is considered a bed room. Both rooms have closets. Nice large deck for entertaining and grilling outside. Fire pit in the yard with wood behind the shed. Has a fenced in 20ft by 20ft area for gardening. Im looking at doing showings Feb 27th and 28th from 8am to 8pm. Ive had almost 60 different people message about the property. Sorry I havent gotten back to everyone just a lot on my plate. Missouri American Water usually runs me about 30 a month Metropolitan Sewer District MO usually runs me 51.40 Ameren will run me between 120 and 230 depending on the weather. Republic services for trash is 18 every 3 months My house is all electric so no gas bill. Charter is in the area so i use them for internet. As far as the lawn maintenance goes you would be in charge of that also. In the shed im leaving a push mower, leaf blower, and a edge trimmer. Ill most likely pay someone once a year to come out near the beginning of summer to pressure wash the deck. And someone near the end of fall/early winter to clean the gutters.
