The 3-car garage measures 38'W x32"D (1216 sq. ft.) It has a 9' ceiling and a epoxy painted floor. The walls are 2x6s with full insulation. The garage doors are insulated and feature torsion springs. The garage has a gas furnace and central air and a 100amp circuit breaker panel. There is a 2nd floor loft over the middle garage bay that measures 12'W x 32'D (384 sq. ft.) and is accessed by a full width staircase. The garage is equipped with a workbench with drawers underneath. There are wall cabinets over the workbench with undercabinet lighting. There is an electric hoist and extension cord reel over the middle bay.
