Two designated parking spots directly in front of the house. I'm subleasing our entire townhouse located on the Tuscany Ridge Townhomes on Pomona Drive, Champaign, IL. The townhouse will come with an already connected washer and dryer. You will be subleasing up to the end of June 2026, by that time you would have the option to lease the townhouse. The townhouse will also come with a washer and dryer. The base rent is $1015 excluding utilities. You are also responsible for paying the gas, electric, water, and possibly cable if you so chose which you would have to set up in your name prior to move in. There is a security deposit fee of $1015. If you want to bring a pet then there is a monthly pet rent of $60 per pet required. Additionally, a one-time pet application fee of $30 per household pet will be required. In order to sublease this townhouse you must pass a background check, be in good standing with past landlords, and have proof of employment with at least 3 times the monthly rent.
