We are situated off of Luther Rd, 4 minutes from the hwy 49 and 5 minutes from interstate 80. This private, newer ADU cottage is the perfect place to relax and feel renewed. We hope you enjoy the beautiful hills, lakes, rivers, and local shops. There is parking for one car in the driveway. We don't allow pets, smoking, or partying. This ADU has its own entrance and is on the other side of the garage. It's a wonderful place to live! The utilities are $195 a month which includes- water, electricity, gas, garbage, WiFi! There is only one space for a car. No smoking, no pets, and no partying. Other fee that will be required with the deposit is a cleaning fee of $150 that is refundable if the house is left clean.
